Description $750 Hiring Bonus for new Team Members plus $50 in gas gift cards during our onboarding process. Clean and sanitize all dishes and silverware used by guests and all kitchen equipment. Keep kitchen and banquet areas clean and sanitized. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Responsibilities:

• Prepares tableware for washing, i.e. scrapes plates, pre-soak silverware, places all items to be washed in their proper dishwasher rack
• Sets up dishwashing machine, i.e. drains closed, tanks filled, temperatures at correct level, detergent at proper level
• Washes, stacks and stores china in appropriate kitchen area
• Thoroughly cleans dishwashing equipment and working areas
• Collects all soiled pots, washes and restocks cleaned pots on shelves
• Responsible for all removal of garbage and refuse
• Mops and sweeps floors
• Washes walls and ceiling tiles
• Sanitizes all cooking equipment
• If 18 years of age, performs the duties of a Food Server, Server Assistant, Cashier/Host, or Cook in the Grill outlet as needed to include Banquet functions
• Adheres to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

Required

• Must be 16 years of age
• Must have speed and accuracy in order to maintain maximum efficiency
• Professional appearance as outlined in the Prairie Band Casino & Resort Team Member Handbook
• Must be able to function both independently and as a member of a team
• A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment

Preferred • General knowledge of cleaning processes and cleaning chemicals

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues
• Must have basic English communication skills
• Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
• Stand and walk for up to eight hours
• Able to tolerate areas with high temperatures in excess f 115 degrees near dish machine
• No known allergic reaction to cleaning chemicals
• Able to operate the dish machine
• Able to push carts, pull, reach, bend, stoop and stack racks of dishes and silverware
• Must be able to meet the level three or medium work requirements based on the Department of Labor Dictionary of Titles: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly
