Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Screen and direct phone calls and emails, ensuring effective and timely communication
• Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, memos, and reports
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences, including booking venues and arranging catering
• Assist with project management by organizing files, data and information
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes
• Manage and maintain confidential information, ensuring utmost discretion and professionalism

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
