We are a busy growing functional medicine clinic that is searching for our newest team member!
We are looking for a rock star who loves the medical field and who wants to grow within our company. Someone who is kind, strong customer service oriented, a people person and a team player.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient care and treat patients with compassion while developing trust and rapport. Provide support, reflective listening, and compassion to patients
- Coordinate the clinic's schedule and schedule patients appropriately
- Collect payment using our systems
- Discussion of finances and helping the patient pay for treatment
- Effectively interact with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare workers
- Answer phone calls, emails, and tasks throughout the day
- Be able to maneuver and use multi- programs and systems
- Have effective communication with management
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Excellent judgment and oversight skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Superior customer service and problem-solving skills are required
- Strong technology skills
- Strong math skills
- Ability to have oversight on patient accounts and have close attention to detail
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines and high call volumes
- Minimum of 2-5 years relevant work experience in healthcare field current
Schedule:
Monday,Wednesday & Thursdays 8:30-5pm
Tuesday 8-5pm & Friday 8:30-3pm
