Green Queen in the Nashville, TN area is seeking a licensed Pest Control Technician with strong sales skills to do pest and mosquito services. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for helping customers, understands the importance of using environmentally responsible pest and mosquito treatments, and wants to expand their knowledge in our industry.

This position pays $23.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience, plus bonus and commissions! Overtime pay is possible. Typically, Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with some Saturdays to cover rain days during the week.

Experience is required; must have a current, active pest control license in the State of Tennessee.

What We Need from You:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass the MVR.
• Tennessee pesticide license required.
• Due to insurance requirements, you must be over 21 years of age.
• Ability to pass background and pre-employment drug screen
• 1 year of experience in pest control or outdoor preferred, but not required.
• Prior experience running routes in a service-based industry strongly preferred.
• Ability to carry 60 pounds backpack all day, with or without any accommodation.
• Flexibility to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals.
