The Outlets at San Clemente is a premier outlet shopping center that is easily accessible from the i-5 freeway off Avenida Vista Hermosa. The Outlets at San Clemente is currently seeking to hire Full-Time Custodians to help maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the entire shopping center.

Full-time Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, and 401k.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintain all common areas of the center, including the public restrooms and parking lots, to cleanliness standards set by the company.
• Maintain food court furniture placement as well as sanitizing all tables and chairs.
• Collect food trays and dishes on tables and redistribute them to the appropriate restaurants.
• Maintain all trash cans around the center and any common areas.
• Mop all floors throughout the day.
• Perform all duties according to OSHA-established health and safety standards.
• Assist customers as appropriate, always maintaining a positive friendly, and helpful attitude.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all safety procedures established for the Center.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area in all custodial storage areas.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)

Other skills and/or abilities:

• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
• Has attention to detail and the ability to complete work in a timely manner.
• Team-oriented
