The Opportunity: We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Health and Wellness Coach. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in health and wellness, excellent interpersonal skills, and the desire to help our clients take positive, tangible steps towards achieving their wellness goals.
Job Responsibilities: - Develop individualized wellness programs based on client's needs and goals
- Provide coaching and support to employees for health and wellness activities
- Monitor and assess employee progress and adjust programs as needed
- Conduct wellness seminars and presentations on various health-related topics
- Collaborate with other health professionals to maximize client success
Desired Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in health education, nutrition, exercise physiology, or related field
- Certification from ICF (International Coach Federation) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of dietary needs, exercise restrictions, and similar health and safety factors
- Technologically proficient, comfortable with using wellness apps and digital health platforms
Nice-to-Haves: - Experience in a corporate wellness program
- Additional certification in wellness coaching, nutrition, or yoga
- Ability to speak a second language
- Experience with stress management techniques
- Background in mental health or counselling
