Job Description
The Project Manager (PM) oversees all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. The PM is responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project. The PM may be responsible for several projects at a time. The PM conducts meetings to exchange information and resolve problems on assigned projects and ensures quality and contract compliance. This individual controls contract documents, and reviews service reports after services are done and submits them timely to the customer and the global database. The PM monitors/analyzes/reports contract performance as well as manages project budget. The person generates and/or approves purchase orders, and approves invoices, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. The PM resolves disputes over back charges, delays, warranties, etc. and determines appropriate revenue recognition. This person analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, and other metrics, and manages/reviews change requests, prepares quotes/implement changes, with support from technical and other staff as required. The PM assists sales/account management to generate quotations and proposals, with support as required. This role will require 10-20% travel.

Required Skills & Experience * Project Manager certified
* + 3 years' experience in SAP tracking service orders, purchase orders and working time.
* General understanding of Terms and Conditions / Legal
* Consistently acknowledges and appreciates each team members' contribution.
* Ability to negotiate, persuade and influence in relation with our customers and shipyards.
* Excellent presentation design and delivery skills as well as ability to drive programs, manage service jobs and review technically complex service reports.
* Experience with the cruise industry and/or oil and gas offshore industry.
* High awareness of safety and quality in relation to the projects in the field.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience * High School Diploma or GED and 6 years' marine industry, electrical engineering or diesel engine experience OR Associate degree and 4 years' marine industry, electrical engineering or diesel engine experience OR Bachelors' degree and 2 years' marine industry, electrical engineering or diesel engine experience.
* + 3 years' experience in Service business related to Marine industry, or Electrical Engineering.
* Strong understanding of project finance and cost initiatives/Full Cost Model
