Location: Open to remote, but need to be CST
Duration: 12 Months

Interview Process/Times: Available to do interviews Tuesday and Wednesday
- Round 1 : HM
- Round 2 : Panel with Scrum Master and with Lead Dev/QA and DevOps Engineer.
Notes from Call: - QA- have the framework in place, back log in scripts in- Selenium and Selenium grid, automated in salesforces - management - start new-
- Automation 90% and manual 10%
- There technical expertise, people skill needs to be collaborate and looking for someone who can implement their ideas on the Salesforce migration (this is brand new to the bank, so someone who can take ownership will be huge for this role
- Years of experience , 5-7 years-
- Nice to have: Salesforce Salescloud and experience automating mobile utilizing Appium
- Must haves: selenium, salesforce and being able to run security scans on selenium scripts,
- Must have experience creating standards at a enterprise level beyond self motivated looking for from a QA automation building solutions the first time
Where candidates are falling short: Full security scan, they fall short on the selenium automation and actually managing test data
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications, leveraging Selenium with C# for web and Appium for mobile platforms. The role involves integrating automated test suites with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to ensure robust and seamless testing as part of our delivery process.
Key Responsibilities: •Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using Selenium with C# for Salesforce web applications.
•Prepare Test Plans, Testing Requirements - Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans based on product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
•Experience with Automation Frameworks like Selenium - Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium Webdriver for functional, regression, and UI Testing
•Experience with .Net Programming - Proficiency in C# and .Net Technologies for developing and maintaining automated test as well as collaborating with developers on code-level debugging
•Experience in SpecFlow (BDD) - Expertise in writing and executing automated test scripts using Specflow in alignment with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) principles.
•Knowledge of test automation frameworks and design patterns (e.g., Page Object Model, Data-Driven Testing).
•Experience in Version Control - Proficient in using Azure Repos for version control, branching, and merging code for test automation scripts and framework updates
•Create and manage mobile test automation scripts using Appium for iOS and Android applications.
•Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and define test automation strategies for Salesforce customizations.
•Integrate test automation suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous testing during build and deployment cycles.
•Perform regular maintenance and updates of test automation frameworks and tools to support evolving application requirements.
•Monitor, analyze, and report test execution results, identifying and troubleshooting issues in test scripts or environments.
•Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
•Maintain thorough documentation of test automation strategies, frameworks, and results. Technogen, Inc.
